Our Team
We have developed a team of young, aggressive professionals who are well prepared to meet the challenges of the changing economic environment in Jamaica and the advent of the 21st Century. On the job training supplemented by professional training programmes, supplied by our universities and colleges, is an important part of our people development.
Each division has a strong management team headed by a dynamic general manager and has strong sales and marketing support.
The Business Development Manager works with both divisions to develop and improve product lines. A team of 30 promoters is available on call for promotional activities.
Our professional sales and marketing team have established enduring channel contacts, thus ensuring strong product presence for our principals. This team is experienced in supporting our partners in product launches and product information seminars. Our sales and marketing support personnel also provide market intelligence essential for growth of our division and our partner's products.
