What we offer
As a leading distribution and technology group Facey is keen to attract, develop and maintain the very best prospective employees as they graduate from universities across the globe.
Graduate development programme
A dedicated graduate development programme is designed to provide our graduate and postgraduate employees with genuine long term career opportunities.
Once selected for the programme with one of our business units, you will be given a job with real accountabilities, provided with a development plan, technical training and development both on and off the job, exposure to senior management, and assignments designed to broaden and enhance your capabilities. In your second year you will also be allocated an experienced mentor.
At Facey, we believe that your most valuable learning experiences come from the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and do real and valuable work. The graduate places we offer are all made in careful consultation with our businesses based upon real needs. We know that in today's labour market and in our various industries, successful recruitment and development of graduates is critical to the success of our business into the future.
We seek only the best. But, once we've found you, we work hard to keep you. The programme runs for two years, but you are not held in the programme for that long:
If a suitable promotion opportunity arises we'll encourage you to seize it.
